Why we built this
We built Clan because we needed it ourselves.
Froiden Technologies — our software company in Jaipur — had 34 people running HR on Excel, approvals on WhatsApp, and projects scattered across three different tools.
We looked for an HRMS that could handle Indian compliance, OKRs, project tracking, and WhatsApp — all in one place, at a price that made sense for a 34-person team. It didn't exist.
